Information you give us directly — when you use the booking form or WhatsApp/click-to-call links on this site, we (or, for the booking form, our appointment coordination system) receive your name, phone number, and what brought you in or which treatment you’re interested in, plus your chosen date and time. That’s the extent of what the form asks for — nothing beyond it is collected at that point; any further details (insurance, medical history, treatment notes) are gathered in person or by phone once our team follows up, not through this website.

Information collected automatically — like most websites, standard technical data (browser type, pages viewed, approximate location from IP address) may be logged for security and analytics purposes, including through Google Tag Manager/Analytics once configured. We don’t currently run advertising pixels (e.g. a Meta/Facebook Pixel) on this site; if that changes, this policy will be updated to say so before any such pixel goes live.

WhatsApp — tapping a WhatsApp link on this site opens a chat via WhatsApp, a service operated by Meta. That conversation, and any information you share in it, is subject to WhatsApp’s own privacy policy, not this one, once the conversation starts on their platform.

To schedule, confirm, and follow up on appointments; to respond when you contact us by phone, WhatsApp, or email; and to understand how visitors use this site so we can improve it. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for purposes unrelated to running the clinic and communicating with you.

Booking requests reach our clinic’s own staff so they can call you back to confirm the visit. We may in future route bookings through a dedicated clinic management system operated on our behalf — if so, that system only receives what this form already collects (see “What we collect” above), under the same confidentiality expectations as our own staff. We don’t share your information with advertisers or data brokers.

This site may use cookies or similar technology for basic analytics (page views, traffic sources) once analytics tooling is configured. These help us understand general usage patterns, not to identify you individually for marketing to third parties. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work, though some usage data won’t be captured.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it, by emailing dentalcentral55@gmail.com. We’ll respond as quickly as we reasonably can. Some information (e.g. clinical records tied to treatment already provided) may need to be retained regardless of a deletion request, where required by law.
