Cosmetic dentistry includes any dental procedures done in the mouth to beautify a person’s smile. This ranges from bleaching (tooth whitening), tooth coloured fillings to laminates, veneers and full crown coverage porcelain restorations. Make sure that you choose a dentist that has experience in cosmetic dentistry procedures for the best possible outcomes.
- With veneers, you can easily correct your teeth’s imperfections to help you have a more confident, beautiful smile. You no longer need to hide your smile because of gaps, chips, stains, or misshapen teeth. Veneers are natural in appearance and are a perfect option for patients wanting to make minor adjustments to the look and feel of their smile.
- They are thin, custom-made shells made from tooth-coloured materials (such as porcelain or composite) designed to cover the front surface of your teeth. An impression is taken and the model is sent to the lab to fabricate your very own one of a kind Veneer.
- Once cemented or bonded in position you’ll be pleasantly surprised to see that the veneers look like your natural teeth. While veneers are stain resistant, we recommend that you avoid coffee, tea, red wine, and tobacco to maintain the beauty of your new smile.
Have you ever thought that it would be nice to get those stains off your teeth, but felt like it would be too much trouble or expense? The good news is, it’s not! In the past teeth bleaching was considered very expensive and cumbersome, advances have occurred and times are different now. There are broadly two types of whitening:
At home bleach (Traditional Bleaching Trays): If you decide this is the right treatment for you, you will need to visit our clinic. We will take an impression of your teeth and then deliver custom trays that fit over your teeth perfectly. We will then provide a special gel composed of a whitening agent. You will fill your trays and wear them according to the schedule we recommend.
In office bleaching: You can have your teeth whitened as many as 5 shades lighter in one dental appointment at the clinic. If you don’t want the hassle of placing trays on every night, this may be the treatment that is right for you.

Tooth jewellery is an accessory which is placed on the front surface of the tooth. There are many different jewellery designs to choose from, and you can take your pick depending on your mood, or what you wish to express with your smile. A small swarovski crystal or precious metal charm can be adhered to one of the front teeth and it can either be there temporarily or can last as long as you want it to. One of the pluses of having them applied with dental bonding material is that they don’t cause any permanent damage to your teeth. It is 100 % reversible. You can have your birth stone, your favourite colour, or a charm that represents a hobby or element of your personality.
